1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Amora Lux Routes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Amora Lux Routes provides freight dispatching services to truck drivers and trucking companies. Our services include load booking, route planning, rate negotiation, billing, compliance support, and 24/7 after-hours dispatch assistance.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain valid MC authority and DOT compliance
• Have a valid driver's license or be an authorized business representative
• Agree to comply with all federal and state transportation regulations

4. Dispatch Service Agreement

Our dispatching services are governed by the Dispatch Service Agreement signed by you. This Terms of Service is supplementary to that agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed Dispatch Service Agreement shall control.

5. Fees and Pricing

Our dispatch fee is 8% of gross line-haul revenue. No hidden fees apply. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. Pricing is transparent and disclosed prior to service initiation.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Maintain compliance with all DOT and safety regulations
• Communicate promptly with your dispatcher
• Provide timely documentation (insurance, authority, permits)
• Report any changes to your operational details

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amora Lux Routes shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Load rejections or delivery failures by third-party brokers or shippers
• Accidents or incidents during transportation

Our total liability shall not exceed the dispatch fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for loads already accepted or services already provided.

10. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing commercial transportation. This includes but is not limited to DOT regulations, HOS rules, vehicle safety standards, and insurance requirements.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including rate information, shipper details, and broker relationships shared during the course of our business relationship.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the website.
